Tacos árabes were born in Puebla, Mexico, when Lebanese immigrants married shawarma to the street taco: spit-roasted marinated pork, warm pan árabe, and a smoky chipotle salsa. We keep that tradition - marinated, slow-roasted, and carved to order.
